1. Return Period
Velvet Vapour follows a strict no-return policy for shipped orders. Once an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Perfumes are hygiene-sensitive and personal-use products. For safety and quality reasons:
- Used or opened products cannot be returned
- Products once shipped are not eligible for return or exchange
Only orders that are cancelled before shipment may be considered for a refund.
3. Replacement and Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange are accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
4. Initiation of Refund
Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled before shipping.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, customers must contact us immediately with the following details:
- Order Number
- Registered Email ID
- Product Name
- Reason for Cancellation
- Contact Number
Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
5. Refund Method
- For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before shipment, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the bank account shared by the customer.
Please ensure that all details provided are accurate to avoid delays.
6. Shipping Cost Policy
If an order is cancelled before shipment, refunds will be credited according to the payment gateway’s rules.
Once shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
7. Return Procedure
Velvet Vapour does not accept return requests once an order has been shipped. Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

In case a refund is approved before shipment:

- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless cancelled before shipping)
- Customised or personalised items
10. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Order details
After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
